Continuing the success of culinary programs previously organized by Hue city, Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 is organized by Hue City People's Committee to honor, preserve, promote Hue culinary cultural values, aiming for new, attractive tourism products and being held annually to serve domestic and international tourists each time they come to Hue, at the same time, it aims to make Hue one of the member cities of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of culinary creativity by 2025.

Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 will take place from April 27th , 2024 to May 1st, 2024 with the theme " Hue Cuisine with Four Directions" in Thuong Bac Park area, Tran Hung Dao Street with the participation of culinary stalls from provinces and cities across the country and Hue city. This will be an in-depth, attractive program about Hue culinary culture and all regions of the country, promising to bring tourists and local people new and exciting experiences about traditional and contemporary Vietnamese cuisine.
